One Review - Canoe Creek Golf Course
This course is way over priced for the area and the fact that there is so much competition with Salmon Arm, Shuswap Estates, Hyde and Talking Rock so close by.
I do like the course but regular $75 green fees/ plus $18 for each golfers cart share plus tax makes this a $100 plus outing…and you are not in the right market to sustain this pricing.
Somebody has to tell the owners that there is no need to improve the Food & Beverage service ..because you can’t sell a post round beer and steak sandwich to a non existent golfer..in other words, it all starts with getting the golfer to the first tee..everything in terms of “Up Selling ” comes after that.
This is from somebody who has been in sports marketing for more than 25 years.
Again..I submit this critique because I want the course to succeed..I enjoy it, but you are heading towards receivership.
