I am having technical troubles, who do I contact?
We apologize for any trouble that the technical issue may be causing.
If your technical troubles relate to making your online reservation for a particular tee time, it would help us troubleshoot the problem if you could provide us with the name of the golf course, the date and the tee time that you were attempting to reserve, and the approximate date and time at which you experienced the problem. With this information, and a brief description of the problem itself, we will work with our technology partners to help investigate the issue further. Please contact us via the submission form on the Contact Us page of this website.
Once again, we apologize for the trouble, and we hope that we can make it up to you in the coming weeks and months.
How long has TeeTimes.net been in business?
We launched in the Summer of 2008. Presently, we book approximately $1 million in golf across North America every year, serving thousands of golfers annually.
Does it cost anything to use the TeeTimes.net services?
No, we are 100% free to use.
And while we would like to know who our users are, we do not require you to register for any of the services we provide at this time.
Our rationale for this business model is to prove to the golf courses the value of our service and show them metrics about the number of conversions that we are generating for their business. It is our belief that this mountain of evidence will encourage every golf course to work with us on a closer relationship.
So how do we make money? Well for the courses that we do have direct relationships with or that have a net rate with one of our partners tied into the GolfSwitch network, they have provided us with a commission on the bookings that we drive for their golf course. For these courses, it is a can’t miss proposition — when you book a round of golf, the golf course benefits. And when they benefit, we benefit, and can play more rounds of golf ourselves.
Sounds like a great gig… is TeeTimes.net hiring presently?
It is a good place to be. The work is challenging and the people we interact with daily are a lot of fun. While we do not have any openings posted presently, feel free to Contact Us and will get back to you should any openings appear.
I am a golf course, how do I work more closely with TeeTimes.net?
Through its integration with the real-time tee time distribution network offered by GolfSwitch, TeeTimes.net is already working with nearly 1500 golf courses. And while we do not have direct relationships with every course, we sure want to.

What if I need to cancel my tee time reservation?
We wish we could give you an easy answer, but every course is different. If you need to cancel your guaranteed tee time reservation, you must do so within the time frame specified by the course. Usually, this is 24 to 48 hours prior to tee off; however, different golf courses have different policies. You will be apprised of the course’s exact cancellation policy when you make your online tee time reservation.
If you fail to cancel your reserved tee time prior to the cancellation deadline, the course may still charge your credit card for the full green fee amount. Please refer to your tee time confirmation e-mail that you received after making your booking (sent to the email address on the “Customer Information Screen” when you made your booking).
