The Taqhuitz Creek Golf Resort in Palm Springs has two golf courses for your golfing pleasure. There is the Tahquitz Creek Resort Course and the Tahquitz Creek Legend Course. Both are great golf courses that should be considered while golfing in Palm Springs.

The Taquitz Creek Resort Course (6500 yards) is located just minutes from downtown Palm Springs and is described as the “Pride of Palm Springs”. A recent Palm Springs golfer posted a review on our TeeTimes.net site that reads:

“This course weaves between some classic Palm Springs mid century architecture. The course shoots one stroke harder than its younger sister The Resort Course. Lots of out of bounds and well placed traps keep your play honest and present challenges for all levels of players. If your game is in the tank the views of the area are well worth the price of green fees. Always a good value and a short drive from The City of Palm Springs one of the best value courses in the area.”

The Tahquitz Creek Legend Course (originally the Palm Springs Municipal) was designed by William Bell in the late 50′s, providing Palm Springs golfers with the quintessential Palm Springs golf experience. The Tahquitz Creek Legend Course provides a traditional layout with tree lined fairways and undulating greens. This 6,600 yard course features 40 challenging bunkers and memorable mountain views.

At the time of this posting, your tee time for the Tahquitz Creek Legend Course could be found for $75 while the Taquitz Creek Resort Course had tee times listed on our network at $99 per golf round.

Going to Palm Springs? Why don’t you play both Taquitz courses and send us your thoughts.
